Shipping policy

Video Sparkles is a Canada-only mail-in digitizing service. We do not accept shipments from the United States or other countries at this time.

After you submit an order request, we review it and email a prepaid shipping label when your estimate qualifies. Prepaid labels are free for orders of $100 CAD or more (before tax). Orders under $100 include a $15 CAD shipping label fee.

Pack your media securely. Once we receive your package, we check it against your request. We generally proceed based on your estimate; if contents differ significantly in a way that changes the price a lot, we will contact you first. Surcharges that only become clear when we play or process media (such as PAL, repair, cleaning, or runtime over 2 hours) are billed on an adjusted invoice before we send final download and stream links.
